No Risk Investments (Guaranteed returns)
If you are just looking to have a no hassle guaranteed investment in Turkey, we can offer a no risk investment.
How it works is that we use your money to build and then sell properties in Turkey and then share the profit with you.
This investment is either secured against either deeds on a property or land or a bankers cheque (worth of the investment plus a certain percentage) you can receive a guaranteed return after a fixed period of time with no additional work.
This agreement will be made through a solicitor and will be legally binding by the Turkish and European courts of law.
The investments scales are as follows;
Category 1;
Invest between £50,000 to £80,000 and receive a return of 20% after a fixed period of 12 months.
Category 2;
Invest between £80,000 to £150,000 and receive a return of 25% after a fixed period of 16 months.

MEDIUM Return Investments ;
For a medium investment, is about buying our off-plan properties in COUNRTYWIDE and selling before the project is complete. We can advise you about which development is the best for a short term investment. The expected returns could be about 25% during the build phase (in a year).
This can also be extended for longer periods as some properties also offer a guaranteed rental return for a period of time. Please also note that no capital gains tax is due after a period of ownership of more than 5 years.

HIGH Return Investment ;
Fantastic returns can be had from being a cash rich partner in a large development from start to finish. You fund the build and share the profit from the sales of the build.
There is no fixed time limit for the sales but the profit could be as much as 50% within a year.
